The Commercial Industrial Customer Guide provides an overview of the requirements and services for our non-residential customers, including programs to save money and resources.

Industrial and commercial facilities who discharge 25,000 gallons or more of process wastewater per day must be permitted under BCDES's Industrial Pretreatment Program. The BCDES Sewer Use Rule explains the requirements of both permitted and non-permitted customers.
